    How do I configure Productboard Automation in Claude Code?


    Add the Rube MCP server in your Claude Code configuration (URL: https://rube.app/mcp). Then authenticate your Productboard account using the connection link provided in the prompt. After configuration is complete, you can start automating workflows with natural-language commands.

    What management capabilities does Productboard Automation support?


    It supports six core workflows: managing customer notes (create, list, tags, followers, links), browsing and searching features, managing OKRs (objectives and key results), component management, release tracking, and linking notes with features.

    What should I pay attention to when using Productboard Automation?


    Feature–goal associations apply only to top-level feature IDs (not sub-features). Note filtering cannot use both allTags and anyTag at the same time. Relative time parameters (e.g., “24h”) cannot be combined with absolute date ranges. All entity IDs must be valid UUID format.
