    Rube MCP is a free service. Just add https://rube.app/mcp as the MCP server in your client configuration; no API key is needed.

    Can I use a personal Gmail account?


    Yes, but some features (such as automatically creating Meet links via calendar) work best with a Google Workspace account. Personal Gmail accounts will automatically fall back to creating calendar events without Meet links.

    How do I find attendees’ available times?


    Use the GOOGLECALENDAR_FIND_FREE_SLOTS tool, providing attendees’ calendar IDs and a time range. The system will return all time slots when all attendees are free, making it easy to choose the best meeting time.
