Frequently Asked Questions
What is a Create Boss skill?
Create Boss is a tool that converts real bosses or famous entrepreneurs into reusable AI skills. In Real Boss Mode, it extracts decision patterns, leadership styles, and communication preferences from materials such as chat logs and meeting notes. In Entrepreneur Template Mode, it generates preset skills based on publicly known style traits of figures like Musk and Jobs.
How do I generate a boss skill from chat logs?
Use the
/create-boss command to start. Follow the prompts to provide the boss’s name and initial impression, then paste or upload your chat logs, meeting notes, emails, comments, or project documents. The system automatically analyzes the materials and generates three core outputs: Judgment Criteria (how the boss makes decisions), Management Strategies (how to collaborate with the boss), and Role Traits (the boss’s behavioral patterns). These are then packaged into a skill you can call.Which entrepreneur style templates are supported?
Currently, four templates are supported: Musk Mode (emphasizing first-principles thinking, extreme focus on speed, and pressure on technical teams), Jobs Mode (focused on product taste, minimalist design, and product clarity), Bezos Mode (valuing mechanism design, customer obsession, and a written-culture approach), and Huang Renxun Mode (platform-strategy thinking, high requirements for technical depth, and constructive pressure). You can directly specify an entrepreneur’s name when using, or let the system recommend the best-matching template based on your needs.
