guizang-ppt-skill — Horizontal-Page-Turn Web PPT Generation Skill

Skill Overview

guizang-ppt-skill is a skill for generating single-file HTML horizontal-page-turn web presentations. It includes two visual templates—“Digital Magazine × E-Ink” and “Swiss International Style”—along with WebGL backgrounds, presenter view, speaker notes, and audience-screen synchronization. Create it once, and you can present directly in a browser.

Applicable Scenarios

  1. Offline sharing and industry talks: For private salons, internal industry presentations, and similar events, use a single HTML file for the entire presentation without page-turning tools or presentation software.
  2. AI product launches and demo days: For polished, launch-quality slides, templates such as large-format data displays, chapter title pages, and 21:9 hero images are ready to use.
  3. Presentations with a strong personal style: For speakers seeking a “magazine” or “Swiss grid” aesthetic, the two complete themes are much faster and more reliable than manual layout.

Core Features

  1. Two complete visual templates—choose one and you’re ready

    • Style A, “Digital Magazine × E-Ink”: Serif headlines + fluid/contour-line WebGL backgrounds + warm paper-like textures, suitable for humanities and industry-observation presentations.
    • Style B, “Swiss International Style”: Sans-serif typography + grid-dot backgrounds + a single accent color such as Klein blue or lemon yellow, suitable for technology products and data presentations.
    • Each style includes locked layouts—22 registered layouts such as cover pages, chapter pages, large-format data displays, image grids, comparisons, timelines, and closing pages—to prevent layout drift.
  2. Complete presenter toolchain

    • Press P to enter Presenter Mode: current slide + a 16:9 preview of the next slide, slide selection grid, slide-by-slide speaker notes, section timing, rehearsal records, and optional auto-advance.
    • Live tools: laser pointer, circling annotations, and audience-screen black/white mode or freeze.
    • Audience-screen synchronization and reconnection recovery: when the audience window is reopened, it automatically returns to the current slide.
  3. Single-file delivery with horizontal page turning

    • Use the keyboard ← →, mouse wheel, or touch swipes to turn pages; press ESC to enter the overview index. The output is a single HTML file that opens directly in a browser without a local server.
    • Entrance animations are built in, with both local and CDN fallbacks. When offline, it automatically degrades to a static, readable version. Press the low-power shortcut B to disable background animations.

Frequently Asked Questions

What format is the generated web PPT? Do I need to install any software?

The output is a complete single HTML file with CSS, background animations, page-turning logic, and Presenter Mode all embedded. It opens directly in a browser and does not require PowerPoint, Keynote, or a local server. Images are placed in a sibling images/ folder using relative paths.

Which should I choose: the Digital Magazine style or the Swiss style?

Choose based on the tone of your content: select “Digital Magazine × E-Ink” for humanities, stories, and industry observations (serif type + warm colors + fluid backgrounds); select “Swiss International Style” for technology products, data presentations, and engineering talks (sans-serif type + grid + a single highlight color). Theme colors can only be selected from the skill’s built-in preset palettes—five for the magazine style and four for the Swiss style. Custom hex values are not supported, in order to preserve a minimum level of aesthetic quality in the finished product.

What scenarios are not suitable for it?

Three types of scenarios are better handled with conventional tools: large amounts of tabular data and layered charts whose information density exceeds what slides can support; structured training materials, where the density is insufficient; and content requiring collaborative editing, since this is a static HTML file without collaboration capabilities.
