Does training on chat logs violate privacy?

The skill strictly follows ethical guidelines: for colleagues/mentors, it’s limited to internal alignment and training within the team. For family members (including the deceased), you must confirm whether other family members are informed. For partners/exes, the process requires strict de-identification. For public figures, only publicly available materials are used. When you create a digital doppelgänger of yourself, other people’s messages in the chats will be de-identified. All data is used only to generate Agent Skills and will not be uploaded or shared.

Can a digital doppelgänger be made to seem very much like a real person?

The results depend on the amount and quality of data. With years of high-frequency chat logs, the communication style, common phrasing, and domain knowledge can reach roughly 70–80% similarity. However, details of memories, emotional reactions, and real-time cognitive updates remain limited. The skill will label the evidence coverage for each dimension and will not exaggerate the results.
